How would you partner with my business?
We don’t require any upfront contracts upon partnering with clients. We work with you on an individual basis to determine workforce needs and targeted solutions. We initiate appropriate recruiting, screening, and hiring efforts on behalf of our clients. The client does not have any obligation to us, and does not pay us, until an employee is effectively placed. We manage the employee according to Montana and Federal law, and according to our best practices and our client’s wishes, for as long as required.
